This policy applies to rjbedu.com, operated by RJB English Limited. The website currently has no registration, payment, or online submission forms.
2. Information we may process
- Information you choose to provide by WeChat or email, such as your name, contact details, study stage, course needs, and enquiry.
- Request logs processed by Cloudflare for security, caching, and troubleshooting, such as time, request path, browser type, and approximate country or region.
- If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled later, privacy-focused traffic and performance measurements without cookies or cross-site profiling.
- If Google AdSense is enabled later, advertising request, device, and consent information processed by Google and its certified consent management platform according to your choices.
3. Why we use information
We use information only to answer enquiries, arrange and provide courses, secure and understand the website, meet legal obligations, and display or measure advertising after it is explicitly enabled.
4. Advertising, cookies, and consent
Advertising is disabled by default. Ads may load only on eligible resource articles after Google approves this site and advertising is explicitly enabled. Course, teacher, testimonial, about, contact, and other enquiry-focused pages remain ad-free.
When advertising is enabled, the site will request non-personalised ads by default. In regions that require consent management, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform will offer consent, do not consent, and manage options. 5. Service providers and overseas processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and security services. Google AdSense may be used after advertising is enabled. These providers may process data outside New Zealand under their own privacy terms and safeguards.
6. Children and young people
Some courses are intended for students under 18. A parent or guardian should take part in enquiries where appropriate. Do not send identity documents, account passwords, school login details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website or enquiry channels.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to answer enquiries, provide services, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. Access, correction, and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, or raise a privacy question or complaint, by emailing info@rjbedu.com.
